Objective:

To educate participants on the process of making high-quality neutral spirits at home using Still Spirits ingredients and distillation equipment. Participants will learn about equipment setup, ingredient selection, distillation, and safety practices.

Workshop Agenda:

  1. Welcome and Introduction (10 minutes)

    • Brief introduction to the workshop and its objectives.

  2. Understanding the Basics (15 minutes)

    • Introduction to distillation and neutral spirits.
    • Explanation of the distillation equipment and its components.
    • Overview of Still Spirits ingredients (Turbo yeast, carbon, clarifiers).

  3. Equipment Setup and Preparation (20 minutes)

    • Step-by-step guide on setting up the distillation equipment.
    • Brief discussion on water quality and other necessary equipment.
    • Quick overview of wash preparation using Still Spirits Turbo Yeast.

  4. Fermentation Process (15 minutes)

    • Explanation of the fermentation process.
