What happens after I order?

After you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email, which means that we’ve received your order into our system.

If your item happens to be on backorder, or is otherwise unavailable, we’ll let you know right away via email, and give you the opportunity to cancel if you prefer. As soon as any backordered item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we’ll get your products on their way to you!

When will my order ship?

Most orders are shipped from our New Zealand Warehouse within two days. You will receive tracking information by email within 24 hours of your order leaving our warehouse.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. Things can happen to any package during delivery, regardless of how carefully it’s boxed!

If your product is defective, or sustains damage during shipping, please contact us on 0800 374663 or by emailing  service@brewsandques.co.nz right away so we can send you a replacement! Remember to keep all the original packaging for any items that need to be returned. All returns need to be authorised by our customer service department before we can process a refund.

Can I cancel my order after I place it?

Yes of course you can!! To cancel your order, just reply to the confirmation email you received when you placed your order online. Tell us why you need to cancel, and we’ll process your order cancellation and refund as soon as we can.

If you need to cancel, sooner is better! If you cancel after your order has already shipped, you will be responsible for return shipping charges. Refunds will be issued upon return of the product to the credit card that you used when placing your order.

How do I return a product?

You can return a product for any reason for a full refund or exchange with no hassle at all. Feel free to contact our Customer Service anytime on 0800 374663 or by emailing service@brewsandques.co.nz. We will be happy to arrange return or exchange of your order should you not be 100% satisfied with it.

Yes! We can ship internationally on request. Please contact our Customer Service Team anytime on 0800 374663 or by emailing service@brewsandques.co.nz. Obviously, additional charges may apply depending on your location and individual requirements.
