We are so confident in the taste of our meat juice that we have decided to bottle it and share it with everyone. This is the same sauce we use for competitions, which has earned us plenty of awards. We have slightly tweaked this recipe so that it can be used as a dipping sauce or glaze on all sorts of meats. If you heat it up before using, it goes great on pork ribs. Our rib rocker rub and soft coq all purpose white meat rub make perfect accompaniments to this dish.
