How do I get free shipping?

When will my order be shipped?

Most orders are shipped from our New Zealand Warehouse within two days. You will receive tracking information by email within 24 hours of your order leaving our warehouse.

How do I return a product?

You can return a product for any reason for a full refund or exchange with no hassle at all. We will be happy to arrange a refund or exchange should you not be 100% satisfied with your purchase.

1. Simply pull out your preferred length of Roll, (OR use a ready-to-seal bag and go to step 4)

2. Slide cutter across for a fast, clean, straight cut

3. Place end onto sealer plate, close the top, press ‘Seal Only’ (you now have a ready to seal bag)

4. Fill with your product (food, nic-nacs, documents, cutlery for camping etc the uses are endless)

5. Place end inside vacuum chamber, click it closed and press ‘Vacuum + Seal’, it does the rest for you!
