About the Author

ERIK LARS MYERS is the Founder and Head Brewer at Mystery Brewing Company in Hillsborough, North Carolina, US.

He is the president of the North Carolina Craft Brewers Guild and the author of North Carolina Craft Beer and Breweries (John F. Blair). After home-brewing for 10 years Erik learned professional brewing at the Siebel Institute of Brewing Technology in Chicago, US.

UK home-brewing consultant ANDY PARKER is a beer blogger, homebrewer and owner of Berkshire-based microbrewery Elusive Brewing. He was named winner of The Craft Beer Co. National Home Brewing Awards in 2014.
