Brick Road’s global quest for the finest maltster has culminated in the selection of premium grains. These grains undergo a meticulous malting process and are specifically blended to harmonise with the intended beer style. The resultant wort is then infused with hop extracts and delicately concentrated to 80 Brix. It's then canned directly at the facility to maintain the rich, authentic malt flavours.
The Craft Beer Kit specifications include:
- Colour: Gold, 13 EBC
- Bitterness: Low-Medium, 17 IBU
- Grist Composition: 27% wheat malt, 73% light ale malt

For a milder Hazy IPA:
- Use 1.5kg of malt extract (Brick Road Extra Light or Muntons Oat), achieving an ABV of about 5.8% for 19L, 5.2% for 21L, and 4.8% for 23L.
For a lighter Hazy Pale Ale:
- Opt for 1kg of dry malt extract (Brick Road Extra Light or dextrose), resulting in an ABV of roughly 5.4% for 19L, 4.8% for 21L, and 4.4% for 23L.
Also, consider experimenting with alternative yeasts like S-04, US-05, Bry-97, London Ale III, or London Fog for varying characters.
