Black Rock BIB Crafted Pale Ale: The Quintessence of Artisanal Brewing

Delve deep into the rich tapestry of flavours embodied in the Black Rock BIB Crafted Pale Ale. Each sip transports you to the verdant landscapes of traditional hop farms, offering a symphony of harmoniously blended notes.

At the heart of this Pale Ale lies a meticulously selected blend of malt, offering a delightful biscuity backdrop, finely juxtaposed against the refreshing zest of the choicest hops. The result? A brew that teases with its fruity overtones, gracefully settling into a crisp, clean finish.

Designed for the discerning beer aficionado, this ale is not just another drink; it's an experience, a journey through the craft of brewing. Whether it's a sunny afternoon in the garden or a cosy evening by the fireplace, Black Rock BIB ensures every moment is accompanied by the perfect pint.

All ingredients are carefully sealed in, ensuring that the traditional brewing process remains untouched by modern shortcuts. Here's to authenticity. Here's to Black Rock BIB Crafted Pale Ale.

Brewing Instructions for Black Rock BIB Crafted Pale Ale

Embarking on the brewing journey with Black Rock BIB Crafted Pale Ale? Perfect your brew with our step-by-step guide, designed to capture the intricate flavours and aromas of this distinguished ale.

1. Preparation:

  • Ensure all equipment is clean and sanitised.
  • Bring 3 litres of water to the boil in a large pot.

2. Mixing:

  • Slowly pour the contents of your Black Rock BIB Crafted Pale Ale into the fermenting vessel.
  • Add the boiling water and mix thoroughly until fully dissolved.
  • Top up with cold water to the 23-litre mark, ensuring the mix reaches a temperature between 20-25°C.

3. Yeast Introduction:

  • Sprinkle the enclosed yeast sachet evenly over the wort's surface. There's no need to stir.
  • Seal the fermenter, ensuring an airtight fit. Place it in a location out of direct sunlight, maintaining a consistent temperature between 18-22°C.

4. Fermentation:

  • Allow the wort to ferment for 4-7 days. You'll know fermentation is complete when bubbles no longer rise through the airlock, or if you achieve a consistent gravity reading over two days.

5. Bottling:

  • Once fermentation is complete, add priming sugar to your bottles before filling (typically 8g of sugar per litre, adjust to preference).
  • Fill each bottle, leaving about 3cm of space at the top. Cap securely.

6. Maturation:

  • Store your bottled beer upright in a cool, dark place for a minimum of two weeks. This allows for carbonation and flavour development.

7. Enjoying Your Brew:

  • For best results, chill your Black Rock BIB Crafted Pale Ale in the fridge for a few hours before serving.
  • Pour into a glass, taking care to leave sediment in the bottle. Admire the golden hue, take in the nuanced aroma, and savour the taste of your handcrafted ale.

Happy Brewing and Cheers to Excellence! 🍺

"These guys are great to deal with, no BS just the information you need to make an informed decision. I'm new to this stuff and the guys at Brews And Ques spoke to me on my level, without making me feel stupid.
