A large, stainless steel heat diffuser lifts the charcoal away from the bowl of the kettle, radiating heat evenly throughout the grill and directing spent charcoal downward to the ash catcher. Externally, this grill is superior; the porcelain coated steel body shrugs off inclement weather conditions. The lid features an offset hinge that opens fully, allowing access to all of cooking surface while keeping your hands protected from any potential burns.
