Mangroves Jack's Wine Yeast R56 is an ideal choice for any homemade wine. This 8g packet of high-quality yeast can ferment up to 23 litres of wine with an average alcohol content of between 11 and 14%.

The superior quality of the yeast ensures a highly efficient fermentation, producing an aromatic and flavorful wine with a clean finish. It’s also highly tolerant to both sulfites and medium-high temperatures, so you can ferment even in the warmest conditions.
